Yearly data from 1990 to 2025, from the World Bank.
Czechia's GNI per capita, PPP (current international $) was 57,870 in 2025, the latest year in the World Bank's World Development Indicators. That is up 83.19% from 31,590 in 2015 (6.24% a year on average, compounded).
| Value | Year | |
|---|---|---|
| Latest | 57,870 | 2025 |
| Five years earlier | 42,530 | 2020 |
| Ten years earlier | 31,590 | 2015 |
| Highest | 57,870 | 2025 |
| Lowest | 11,690 | 1991 |
| Average since 2016 | 46,000 | 2016–2025 |
| First recorded | 12,770 | 1990 |
Over five years it is up 36.07% from 42,530 in 2020 (6.35% a year on average, compounded). Since 1990 it is up 353.17% from 12,770 in 1990 (4.41% a year on average, compounded).
In 2025, Czechia's GNI per capita, PPP (current international $) rose 2,100 on 2024 (from 55,770 to 57,870).
Across the 30 yearly changes before that (1995 to 2024), the average change was +1,430 and a typical year strayed about 1,216 from that (the standard deviation). This year's change was 0.6 standard deviations above that average, so it was an ordinary year: it sits within the range of normal year-to-year movement.
On record, the biggest yearly rise was 4,390 in 2022 and the biggest yearly fall was 1,080 in 1991. The numbers show how large and when, not why; for the cause, look at what happened in that country in those years.
From 2016 to 2025 the straight-line trend is upward, about 2,734 a year. A straight line explains 99% of the movement over 10 observed years.
Worked out from the yearly values above. How the checks work: standard deviation, z-scores and straight-line trends.
Extending that straight line gives about 65,821 for 2028. We show this only because the same method, fitted on earlier years, predicted 2023 to 2025 better than "no change" would have: its average miss was 2,665, against 5,090 for assuming no change. Treat it as a continuation of the recent pattern, not a forecast of events: it cannot see a recession, a policy change or a revision to the data.

This indicator provides values for gross national income (GNI) per person expressed in current international dollars, converted by purchasing power parities (PPPs). PPPs account for the different price levels across countries and thus PPP-based comparisons of economic output are more appropriate for comparing the output of economies and the average material well-being of their inhabitants than exchange-rate based comparisons. Gross national income is the total income earned by all residents within an economic territory during an accounting period. It is equal to gross domestic product plus earned income receivable from abroad minus earned income payable abroad. The core indicator has been divided by the general population to achieve a per capita estimate. This series has been linked to produce a consistent time series to counteract breaks in series over time due to changes in base years, source data and methodologies. Thus, it may not be comparable with other national accounts series in the database for historical years. This indicator is expressed in current prices, meaning no adjustment has been made to account for price changes over time. The PPP conversion factor is a currency conversion factor and a spatial price deflator.
Regional and income-group figures are computed by the World Bank as a weighted average.
